We strive to ensure that any items sent via postage are securely packaged and arrive with you as intended.

We want you to 100% satisfied with your purchase from Heather Rouge Ltd. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us as soon as possible with your query. We are happy to refund any products that are faulty within 14 days from digital receipt but we cannot accept items that have been used. Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sale items. Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 14 days from receipt of products. Products must be in original packaging.

Please include the original packaging with your return to avoid any delays in processing. We do take digital copies of all orders before sending to customers & process all orders through high-standard quality control. Once the package is received we will then process the return and you will be notified by email. We aim to process refunds as soon as possible. We reserve the right to correct or change our returns/refund policy at any time without notification.
