Do you use Lye?
Lye (also known as Sodium Hydroxide or Potassium Hydroxide) is the material that is used in making these soaps. These Soap bases use Lye from Sodium Hydroxide. Lye is used up during the saponification reaction and so there is none left in the final product we produce.
Are your products gluten free?
Some bases are gluten-free but not all. If you require further information please contact us.
Do you test on animals?
No! We do not condone testing on animals.
Is your Glycerine vegetable derived?
Yes, all the glycerine used in the soap bases is derived from vegetable sources.
Are your products hand crafted?
Yes! No industrial machines, no waste. We don’t manufacture more then we need to.
Are your products CSPR tested?
Of course, in accordance to UK law.
Are your soaps suitable for all skin types?
Yes our soaps and products are made for all skin types in mind.
Do your products contain any allergens?
Yes, some of products contain allergens. All ingredients are listed on the product descriptions. Should you require any assistance in determining whether a product is suitable for you please contact us with your quires and we will be happy to help.
Are your products Vegan? Vegetarian?
Most of our products are vegan friendly. Only small amount of our products contain animal-derived milk and honey. We mostly have vegetarian products. Reach out to us for quires.
Do you use Palm oil?
Nope none of our products contain palm oil.
Is your packaging Recyclable?
Yes, All of our cardboard boxes and inserts can be recycled. All our shredded paper is biodegradable too. We support all types of recycling where possible. Have you ever stopped to wonder if the box you are about to place in the recycling has ink that is also recyclable? Not many people do. Rest assured all of our packaging has this very key feature. Provided by Antalis, this cardboard is EU Wood Regulation EC from sustainable sources, ISO 9001 and 14001 certified, PEFC, FSC certofoed, ECF. Setting an example in the beauty industry.
Do you use plastic?
We do however use BPA Free plastic. This is to ensure our body butters and foaming bath butters stay microbe free! These can be washed out and re-used, the sky’s the limit!
Where do you ship?
We ship all around the UK not just Hampshire, Even if your scrolling in Scotland or Chilling in Wales, click purchase!

What courier do you use?
We use Royal Mail. UK customers have the option of Royal Mail First Class or Second Class postage and International customers have the Royal Mail International Economy option. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days of purchase.
Do you sell your products wholesale?
Yes we do. If you are a business and are interested in purchasing our products in wholesale quantities contact us. We are happy to be approached for events and shows too, get in touch!
Do you sell locally?
